For Physical Products

To ensure a smooth return or replacement process, we request that customers record a video while unboxing the package. If any item is found damaged during transit, kindly contact us at support@aashikara.com with the video proof. Without valid proof, we will not be able to offer a refund or replacement.

We offer replacements, refunds, or exchanges (depending on feasibility) only for items damaged in transit, reported within 3 days of receiving the product. The damaged product must be returned to the address provided by us in its original condition.

• Replacements will be offered whenever possible.

• Refunds will be issued only if the same product is unavailable.

Please note:

• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or exchanged for another product.

• If a specific item in your order cannot be fulfilled, we may offer:

  • A replacement of equivalent or higher value (difference to be paid by customer), or

  • A refund only for the unavailable item.

Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days, depending on the transaction method used.

Courier Delivery & Return

• We advise that either the customer or someone on their behalf is available to receive the delivery at the provided address during courier hours (typically 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM IST).

• In case of unavailability, the courier service will attempt up to three deliveries.

• If the package is returned after three failed attempts, the customer will be notified.

  • Re-delivery may incur additional charges, depending on the situation.

  • Refunds will not be issued for packages returned due to delivery failure.

• No returns or refunds are accepted for sale or combo offer products.
