1. Domestic Shipping (Within India)
All orders within India are shipped via reputed and registered domestic courier partners.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 4 to 9 working days, or as per the delivery timeline agreed at the time of order confirmation.
While we strive for timely delivery, Aashikara is not liable for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances.
We guarantee that your order will be handed over to the courier within 3 to 9 working days from the date of payment.
Damage During Transit
We take full responsibility for any damage caused during shipping. Please record a video while unboxing and send it to support@aashikara.com in case of any damage.
Delivery Timings
Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Ensure someone is available at your address between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM IST to receive the package.
Up to 3 delivery attempts will be made. If undelivered, the parcel may return to us, and re-shipping charges may apply.
Return Shipping for Domestic Orders
Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
In case of a refund, return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Products purchased under sale/combo offers are not eligible for returns.
2. International Shipping
We ship globally to help customers worldwide enjoy our exclusive collections.
Shipping & Timelines
International orders are shipped via reliable, trackable courier services.
Orders are dispatched within 4 to 9 working days. Delivery can take 7 to 21 business days, depending on the destination country and customs.
Customs & Duties
Import taxes, customs fees, and duties are not included in the order total.
These charges are determined by your local customs office and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
Aashikara is not responsible for customs-related delays or charges.
Tracking & Responsibility
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number.
In case of damage during international transit, please send us photo/video evidence at support@aashikara.com.
Returns for International Orders
Customers must cover all return shipping charges.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If a refund is applicable, the outbound and return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
